LuaSarcy Creatures Hospital!!!
One of the special things that we offer is a hospital for creatures. We know how depressing it is when something you love gets broken or worn. What would you do if your dog got hold of Frank and tore off his arm? LuaSarcy offers a unique hospital where you can send your creatures for rehabilitation. Just send us an email and for a nominal charge we will repair your creature. He may not look brand new again, but we guarantee that he will look just as fabulous as when you first got him.
We also offer this service to creatures that (shock horror) are not our own... Of course all your creatures should be made by us, but if you have another and that is damaged, send him to us and we will give him the LuaSarcy treatment. Obviously we will not make him or her as they were when new, but we will add adorable patches, new eyes, tails, maybe even clothes, to try to keep your favourite toys going as long as they can. These are charged depending on the amount of work needed, so please email us before you send your creature, detailing the surgery that needs to be done, and the type of creature he/she is, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
LuaSarcy fabric choice:
Here at LuaSarcy we want everything to be as special to you as possible. We love our creatures, and we use things that we love in them, including things like old jumpers and blankets. This is part of the recycling that we believe in, but we always make sure that everything is up to standard, and we never use anything that is damaged. We want you to have the same connection to your creature, and so if there is something you love, please let us know by email when you order, and you can send it our way and we will use it in your creature. Then just let us know if you want the scraps back.
Baby blankets are perfect for mums who want something special to remind them of their little one when they have grown out of carrying it round with them (please don't snatch it out of their crib it might upset them!!!) Send us your old favourite jumper (the one which has that annoying hole under the arm), or the pair of jeans you can't quite squeeze into anymore!! All these things help to make our creatures perfect for you, but remember you can just order without doing this, and we will make the selection for you, and we love all our fabrics!!!
